Meet Sasha

Sasha is a culturally and linguistically diverse therapist who practises holistically and mindfully.

Sasha has lived experience of ADHD, childhood trauma, anxiety, immigration, international studies and more.

Rich life experiences, combined with valuable education allow Sasha to see each person as a whole, not just a list of symptoms or ailments.

One of Sasha’s gifts is the ability to relate to people on a deep personal level and make people feel seen and heard.

Sasha understands that validation is one of the things that we all need most in this life and appreciates how lack of it can feel overwhelming and lonely.

Sasha provides a safe and non-judgemental space for those in need of support with any of their life transitions or issues.

As a therapist, Sasha has worked in different environments, like anonymous support lines, colleges and universities, community support work – with younger clients (14+) and older clients (90+), both in person and remotely, with individuals and groups.

In her spare time Sasha enjoys music, arts and crafts, cooking, dancing, spending time with family and friends, dog walks, sunshine, creative writing, vision boarding and more.

Within the therapeutic practise, Sasha has worked with presenting problems like anxiety, stress, relationship problems, grief and loss, complex mental health and dual diagnoses, health issues and more.

Sasha practises from a person-centred perspective, employing modalities like CBT, ACT, Somatic, Expressive and others where appropriate.
